Responsibilities
Keysight is looking for a proven experienced Account Manager within the test and measurement industry to manage one of the large strategic customer in India, extending Keysight reach and taking share from our competitors. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated, independent, results oriented sales professional who is self-sufficient for most sales activities. As necessary, the individual will coordinate Keysight resources to create and win business and drive customer satisfaction. Must be able to solve a broad range of problems of varying scope and complexity. This individual will be a leader, bringing internal teams together to execute our strategy for sustainable growth and responsible for a high level of customer satisfaction.
Strategic Sales Planning

  • Creates and deploy sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive growth within strategic account.
  • Identify and understand customer needs, providing tailored solutions that address their unique challenges in test and measurement.
  • Develop sales opportunities from this large customer in areas of AI, Compute, Data Center, Wireless Communication by driving deep technical engagement and aligning resources internally to meet the goal
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at strategic account
  • Identifies and executes on strategic breakthrough opportunities within the this large accounts that are essential to grow Keysight's business
Product Expertise and Solution Selling
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Keysight product portfolio with focus on RF and Microwave test, High-Speed SERDES and Optical test, Wireless test solutions for 5G/6G and WLAN and Signal and Power Integrity solutions.
  • Leverage expertise in Wireline, Wireless and RF testing to effectively present and position our products and solutions/
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and technical discussions to highlight the value and benefits of our offerings.
Sales Innovation
  • Demonstrates knowledge and skill in Challenger sales practices, including negotiation, strategic sales skills, creating new opportunities, sales pipeline and closing deals
  • Proactively engages and influences all internal resources which includes R&D, Industry Experts, Marketing, and delivery organizations to provide all the essential components needed to maintain and create new business.
Sales Operational Excellence
  • Develop and implement account plans to drive long-term growth and customer satisfaction
  • Rigorously manages the sales funnel - intake, manage and move opportunities through the funnel
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and pursue new enterprise prospects
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering and product management, to address customer requirements and provide feedback for product development.
  • Actively encourage best practice sharing across the team
Qualifications
Qualifications
  • Requires 10+ years of account management experience in the electronic test & measurement sector.
  • Bachelor/Master's in electrical or Electronics and Communication Engineering
  • Strong understanding of electronics test and measurements. Having work experience and understanding of RF, Wireless Chipset test and Wireline eco system would be added advantage.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Sound business judgment with organization & negotiation skills
  • Capable of handling multiple projects and customer engagements simultaneously
  • Self-motivated problem solver and agile learner
  • Temperament to navigate tough customer situations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events
