Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Account Executive/Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in commercial office
space leasing or B2B sales, with a proven track record of engaging with decision-makers,
including department heads and CXOs.
Key Responsibilities:
? Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial
office space sector through networking, market research, and outreach initiatives.
? Client Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and
decision-makers within target organizations to understand their space requirements and
deliver tailored solutions.
? Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales team to design and implement effective sales
strategies and presentations that highlight our offerings and value proposition.
? Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends,
competitor activities, and potential opportunities for growth in the commercial real estate
market.
? Negotiation: Facilitate negotiations between clients and the company, ensuring favorable
terms while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
? Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics
to senior management.
? Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to
ensure a seamless client experience and effective execution of lease agreements.
? Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to represent
the company and promote our services.
? Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports to
the management team.
Qualifications:
? Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
? Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial office space leasing or B2B sales.
? Proven ability to communicate effectively with senior-level executives and decision
makers.
? Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
? Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
? Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
? Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
? Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Languages: English, Hindi & Kannada
