We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Sales Growth:
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts to drive revenue growth.
Account Management:
Oversee account activities, ensuring timely delivery of services and products. Address any issues or concerns promptly.
Reporting:
Prepare and present regular reports on account status, sales performance, and client feedback to management.
Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, and operations) to ensure alignment and effective service delivery.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
1 to 3 years of experience in account management or a similar role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
