GEM Group, a well-established automotive distribution company in Kerala, is looking for a
highly experienced Senior Accounts Executive
to independently handle day-to-day accounting operations.
This role requires
hands-on execution
, strong clarity in accounting processes, and the ability to work within an organised system.
Key Responsibilities
Complete handling of day-to-day accounts in
Tally
Sales, Purchase, Cash & Bank entries
Daily cash closing and bank reconciliation
GST-related work (basic returns, reconciliation support)
Party ledger maintenance and follow-ups
Coordination with internal sales & operations teams
Monthly closing assistance and reporting
Requirements
Minimum
3-5 years of practical accounting experience
Strong working knowledge of
Tally
Good understanding of
GST basics
Experience in a trading/distribution company preferred
Clear communication and responsible attitude
Willingness to follow company systems and processes
