We are now seeking a dedicated Finance/Accounts professional to join our leadership team and ensure financial excellence. Role Overview: The Finance Manager / Accounts Manager will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, accounting processes, reporting, and compliance activities of the resort. This role requires strong analytical ability, hospitality industry knowledge, and a proactive approach to financial planning and cost management. Key Responsibilities: Financial Management & Reporting Prepare and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans. Generate timely MIS reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow). Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies. Accounts & Compliance Manage Accounts Payable (vendors, suppliers) and Accounts Receivable (guests, corporate accounts). Oversee payroll, taxation (GST, TDS), and statutory filings. Coordinate with internal and external auditors. Cash Flow & Cost Control Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund requirements. Implement cost-control measures across departments without compromising service quality. Conduct variance analysis on expenses and recommend corrective measures. Systems & Process Management Ensure smooth functioning of accounting software (e.g., IDS, Tally, or hospitality ERP). Standardize financial processes for efficiency and accuracy. Support digital transformation and automation in finance operations. Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management Supervise and guide the finance/accounts team for high performance. Collaborate with Operations, F&B, Procurement, and HR teams to align financial planning with business needs. Present financial insights and strategies to management and ownership. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field (CA/ICWA preferred). 4-8 years of experience in finance/accounts management, preferably in hospitality or luxury resort industry. Strong knowledge of hospitality financial systems, GST, TDS, and Indian accounting standards. Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally/ERP systems, and reporting tools. Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and timelines.
