An ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on experience across the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), with a clear growth trajectory from Developer to Project Manager, now poised to take on strategic Account Management responsibilities.

Be the trusted partner for key customers, ensuring satisfaction and sustained engagement Lead project financials, resource allocation, and delivery excellence Build and maintain long-term client relationships Ensure seamless program execution in line with client expectations Lead and inspire high-performing cross-functional teams Support vendor engagement and contract negotiations Track progress and performance using MSP and related tools Drive a culture of accountability, collaboration, and operational excellence


Requirements

12 to 18 years Experience End-to-end project/program management expertise Customer relationship and stakeholder management Project cost, profitability, and effort/schedule variance tracking Team utilization planning and cross-functional leadership Vendor and procurement oversight Proficiency with MSP tools (PMP certification preferred) Strong mentoring, leadership, and independent decision-making abilities
