Desired Qualifications & Experience

MBA (Finance) with

10-14 years

of experience in Accounts & Finance, preferably in manufacturing. Strong knowledge of

Accounts, Finance, Taxation, Auditing, Costing, and MIS

. Proficient in

MS Office, ERP (SAP)

and IT applications. Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

Manage

financial accounting

, monthly/quarterly/year-end closing, Balance Sheet & P/L preparation. Prepare

daily/monthly MIS

, costing inputs, reconciliations, and audit support. Handle

TDS, GST (GSTR-3B, GSTR-1, 2A Reco), statutory returns

, and compliance. Oversee

Accounts Payable & Receivable

, aging analysis, vendor/customer reconciliations. Handle

banking operations

--fund management, bank reconciliations, vendor payments, LC/BG coordination. Manage sale/purchase invoices, debit/credit notes, export documentation, E-way bills, and SAP entries. Support stock audits, HR account reconciliations, and monthly Kaizen presentations.
