Roles and Responsibilities required:-

Proficiency with Tally Software.
?
Keep Bank Accounts up to date by posting day-to-day transactions
?
Maintain all the records & files in a proper manner
?
Record all expenses and review those expenses & keep the track of expenses every month
?
Prepare monthly GST Data and file GST and Monthly GST reconciliation
?
Generating invoices and challan in the company's software on a day-to-day basis.
?
Manage all accounting transactions
?
Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
?
Managing TDS filing.
?
Create E-invoice.
?
Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
?
Ensure timely bank payments
?
Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
?
Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
?
Report on the company's financial health and liquidity
?
Audit financial transactions and documents
?
Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
?
Comply with financial policies and regulations
Education:
?
Bachelor in B.Com (Preferred)
Experience:
Accounting: minimum 5-7 years (Preferred)
Must be good in accounting concept
Tally: 5 year (Preferred)
Expertise in Excel for reporting.
Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and analytical skills
