Job Statement

: This role is responsible for accounting and financial management of the organization.

Responsibility

1. Compliance to Indian accounting standards while making accounting entries.

2. Compliance to direct and indirect tax rules and regulations.

3. Timely and accurate entry of vouchers relating to Account Payable, Cash and Salary.

4. Responsible for accounts payable and all processes related to it.

5. Regular reconciliations for accounts payable.

6. Handling petty cash of corporate office and Branches.

7. Managing the cash and fund flow and liaison with bank & financial institutions for fund requirements.

8. Liaison with auditors for statutory, internal & tax audits.

9. Ensuring proper storage of records.

10. Accurate and timely MIS reporting to the top management.

11. Providing ERP support to concerned departments.

12. Providing support to other associates in the finance and accounts function.

13. In time submission of purchase details for VAT return and payments.

14. In time payments and submission of returns for service Tax

15. In time processing of salary and its compliance.

Key Performance Indicators

1. Total Accountability for Accounts and Finance.

2. Cash flow management.

3. Quarterly balance sheet Within 15days of the end of quarter.

4. Monthly Reports.

5. Customizing of Tally.

6. Presentation of yearly Budget with bifurcation of four Quarter.

7. Effective managerial skills and team management.

8. Strict debtors control.

9. Timely Liaoning with Chartered Accountant.

10. Suggestions for overheads/expense control.

11. Effective and motivating leadership skills.

12. Suggestions to improve processes and systems for better control and accuracy.

13. Monthly, Quarterly Reconciliation of accounts with all major principal companies, creditors and debtors.

Education: M.com / B.com/ Tally

Experience: 10 to 15 years of experience in trading farm.
