We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented

Accounts Head

to lead our finance and accounts department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial health, managing compliance, and leading a small team.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including billing, collections, payables, and bank reconciliation Finalization of accounts and preparation of financial statements Handle GST, TDS, income tax returns, and other statutory compliances Prepare MIS reports, cash flow, and budgeting Coordinate with external auditors, CA firms, and consultants Manage payroll processing and statutory payments (EPF, ESI, PT) Maintain internal controls and improve financial processes Report directly to the Directors/Management

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce / Accounting (CA Inter or MBA Finance preferred) 5-8 years of relevant experience, including team handling Strong knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and accounting principles Hands-on experience with GST, TDS, and other regulatory filings Excellent analytical and leadership skills Must be based in or willing to relocate to Chandigarh
