Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage the entire accounting department and its daily operations.
Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions (receipts, payments, invoices, journal entries, etc.).
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Handle vendor payments, client billing, and receivable/payable reconciliation.
Monitor cash flow, fund management, and banking operations.
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, and other statutory requirements.
Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits.
Oversee payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements.
Support management in budgeting, cost control, and financial planning.
Maintain confidentiality of financial data and ensure data integrity.
Lead and guide the accounting team to ensure accuracy and timely delivery of reports.
Prepare management reports and provide insights for decision-making.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Finance / Accounting (B.Com, M.Com, MBA Finance, or equivalent).
Professional certification (CA / CMA / Inter CA) preferred.
Minimum 5-10 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2-3 years in a senior or head-level role.
Experience in telecom, construction, or service industry preferred.
