Senior Account Executive

to join our growing IT company based in Ahmedabad.

Position: Senior Account Executive

Experience: 2 to 4 Years

We are looking for a detail-oriented and skilled Accountant who can manage daily financial operations and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage accounting operations using Tally, Zoho Books, and other tools Handle invoicing, payment follow-ups, and collections Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate records Prepare monthly financial reports Ensure timely and accurate GST filing & reconciliation Handle TDS calculations, payments, and returns Assist in audit preparation and documentation Collaborate with internal departments on financial planning and reporting

Key Skills:

Proficiency in Tally, Zoho Books, and MS office Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and compliance Sound understanding of accounting principles Excellent communication, analytical, and follow-up skills

Preferred Profile:

Proactive and organized with attention to detail Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Experience in an IT services company is a plus

Qualification:

Post-Graduation (M.Com, MBA - Finance, or equivalent) Professional Courses like CA Inter / CMA Inter (preferred)
