Key Responsibilities
Purchase & Vendor Management

Check and verify all purchase bills, invoices, and supporting documents.

Coordinate with vendors for bill collection and missing documentation.

Follow up regularly with vendors for timely submission of bills.

Maintain proper records of all vendor bills and ensure timely data entry.

Assist in resolving any discrepancies in purchase bills with vendors.

Accounting Responsibilities

Enter purchase bills into the accounting system accurately.

Support the finance team in maintaining daily accounting records.

Assist in preparing statements related to vendor payments.

Help with basic accounting reconciliations when required.

Support in maintaining employee salary files and documentation.

Requirements

Graduate (B.Com preferred).

Prior working experience in the accounts field is mandatory.

Strong understanding of purchase bills and basic accounting.

Good communication skills for vendor coordination.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software preferred.

Attention to detail, discipline, and timely follow-up skills.
