JOB DESCRIPTION -- BOOKKEEPER (Bonntonn Gourmet)

Role Title: Bookkeeper / Accounts Executive (F&B Industry)

Bonntonn is scaling fast, and we need someone who can bring order, clarity, and precision to our numbers. Most bookkeepers are stuck in chaotic organisations with unclear SOPs, messy ledgers, and founders who don't understand the value of their work. Here, that changes.

Position Overview

We're looking for a responsible, detail-obsessed Bookkeeper who can take full ownership of our financial tracking, vendor books, reconciliations, invoicing, and compliance essentials. You will be the backbone of our financial clarity.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally/Zoho Books/QuickBooks Vendor ledger maintenance + payment schedules GST filing data prep (sales/purchase) Bank reconciliation & cash flow reporting Prepare P&L reports monthly Manage invoices, credit notes, refunds, and debit notes Track raw material purchases & cost sheets with procurement team Support auditors with documentation & compliance Coordinate with operations for weekly financial hygiene checks
Requirements

2-5 years of bookkeeping experience (F&B experience preferred) Strong command over Tally/Zoho/Excel Understanding of GST, TDS, basic compliance Proven history of maintaining error-free books Strong organisational skills Ability to work in a fast-moving, scaling startup environment
