Hiring for retail Industry
Six days working : Monday to Saturday
Office Time : 10 am to 7 pm
Working Location-Dadar
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily accounting entries (sales, purchase, expenses, petty cash).
Prepare and reconcile cash/credit card sales reports with POS billing.
Maintain vendor accounts and ensure timely payments.
Handle accounts receivable and payable.
Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory returns with proper documentation.
Coordinate with auditors for monthly/annual closing.
Generate financial reports and MIS for management.
Maintain proper records of invoices, challans, and receipts.
Requirements
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / Inter CA or equivalent.
Experience: 2-4 years in accounting (retail/supermarket/wholesale business preferred).
Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP or accounting software.
Proficiency in MS Excel & Google Sheets (data management, reconciliations, reporting).
Must understand retail accounts, POS reconciliation, and inventory linkage.
Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and compliance.
Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines.
What We Offer
Salary: ₹25,000 - ?28,000 per month (based on experience).
