Key Responsibilities (

Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
Prepare and process journal entries, vouchers, and reconciliations.
Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
Reconcile bank statements and vendor/client accounts regularly.
Support in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Assist with audits and ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, PF, ESI, etc.).
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve billing or payment discrepancies.
Prepare MIS reports and assist management in financial analysis.
Maintain confidentiality of financial information and company data.
Qualifications & Skills

Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and on time.
Monitor and track outstanding payments from clients.
Follow up regularly with customers for overdue payments via calls, emails, and statements.
Maintain records of all billing, collection, and reconciliation activities.
Coordinate with sales and operations teams to resolve billing discrepancies or disputes.
Update customer payment status and maintain an aging report.
Generate reports on collections, outstanding balances, and bad debts.
Ensure compliance with company credit policies and procedures.
Support month-end closing by reconciling accounts receivable.
