Key Responsibilities o Handle day-to-day accounting operations including voucher preparation and ledger maintenance. o Prepare Purchase Orders, Proforma Invoices, Sales Invoices, and related documentation. o Record and reconcile sales, purchase, and expense transactions. o Manage accounts payable and receivable, vendor payments, and customer collections. o Prepare and maintain bank reconciliations, petty cash, and journal entries. o Assist in preparing monthly/quarterly financial statements and MIS reports. o Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities in coordination with external consultants. o Maintain accurate documentation for audits and internal checks. o Coordinate with internal departments (procurement, sales, and production) for smooth financial workflow. o Ensure adherence to accounting standards and company policies.
