?Maintain daily financial records for multiple outlets (sales, expenses, petty cash, and inventory purchases).
?Reconcile daily sales reports with bank deposits. ?Prepare monthly financial statements--P&L, balance sheets, cash flow. ?Ensure timely posting of invoices, receipts, credit notes, and journal entries. ?Process vendor invoices, verify rates with purchase orders, and ensure timely payments. ?Maintain ageing reports and follow up on outstanding receivables (if corporate clients/ aggregators).
?Verify aggregator settlements and resolve discrepancies. ?Coordinate with store managers to verify stock levels and consumption. ?Monitor food cost, wastage, variances, and report deviations to management. ?Support month-end physical stock audits for each outlet. ?Support payroll processing including attendance validation from each store. ?Handle statutory compliance--GST, TDS, PF, ESI (with support from CA/HR as needed). ?Prepare GST input/output reports and assist in filing. ?Oversee cash deposits from outlets and ensure proper documentation. ?Reconcile bank statements with accounting records. ?Monitor advances, loans, petty cash expenses, and reimbursements. ?Implement financial SOPs across all outlets. ?Check for billing errors, unauthorized discounts, and wastage trends. ?Strengthen internal controls for procurement, vendor management, and cash flow. ?Work closely with operations, store managers, HR, and procurement teams. ?Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits. ?Provide financial insights to management for decision-making
