Key Responsibilities:

Perform

bank and credit card reconciliations

accurately and on time. Handle

month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closes

including preparation of financial reports. Manage

Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)

functions. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies. Work with internal teams to support audits and resolve financial discrepancies. Maintain organized financial records using accounting tools and software.
Tools & Software Exposure:

QuickBooks Desktop/Online Hubdoc Dext HubSpot Shogo Beanworks
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

1-3 years of relevant accounting experience

preferred. Proficiency in accounting tools (QuickBooks, etc.). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Good communication skills

and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Salt Lake, Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
