Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial statements, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update financial records, including general ledger entries, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Analyze financial data and provide financial reports to management.

Monitor budgets and forecast financial trends.

Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.

Assist with audits and implement audit recommendations.

Process payroll and related tax filings (if applicable).

Support month-end and year-end close processes.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Proven experience as an Accountant or similar role (typically 3+ years).

Knowledge of accounting principles.

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Tally, or similar).

Advanced MS Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables).

Excellent analytical and organizational skills.

Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
