Job Description

Accounting Management

Handles all types of accounting entries including journal, payment, receipt, sales, and purchase. Automatically generates ledgers and trial balances. Supports multi-currency and multiple accounts.
2.

Inventory Management

Tracks stock levels, movements, and valuation. Manages multiple godowns (warehouses), batch numbers, and expiry dates. Allows integration of inventory with accounting.
3.

Payroll Management

Manages employee records, attendance, and salary structures. Calculates salaries, deductions, bonuses, and taxes (like PF, ESI, TDS). Generates payslips and payroll-related reports.
4.

Taxation Compliance

Facilitates easy GST billing, calculation, and return filing. Supports TDS, TCS, VAT (for older versions), and other statutory reports. Automatically updates tax ledgers based on transactions.
5.

Banking Integration

Supports bank reconciliation. Facilitates cheque printing and payment tracking. Allows digital payments and e-banking through integrations.
6.

Multi-Company & Multi-User Access

Allows managing records for multiple companies in one software. Supports multiple users with role-based access control.
