Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
Account Executive
with 2-4 years of experience in accounting and financial operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with
GST, TDS, billing
, and accounting forms, along with strong proficiency in
Excel
and
Zoho Books
(or similar accounting software).
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and file statutory forms such as
Form 27
and
Form 16
.
Manage and ensure accurate calculation and filing of
GST returns
and
TDS
.
Handle
day-to-day accounting entries
, journal postings, and reconciliation.
Generate
invoices/billing
and maintain proper documentation.
Work with
Zoho Books
(or related accounting software) for all accounting tasks.
Maintain records of financial transactions and assist in preparing reports.
Support in
monthly, quarterly, and annual closing
activities.
Coordinate with vendors and clients regarding billing and payment queries.
Ensure compliance with statutory and company policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
B.Com / M.Com
or equivalent qualification in Accounting or Finance.
2-4 years of relevant accounting experience.
Strong knowledge of
GST
,
TDS
, and statutory forms (Form 27/16).
Proficient in
MS Excel
and
Zoho Books
(or similar accounting tools).
Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
