The Account Executive will manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements. The role involves handling sales and purchase entries, bank reconciliation, GST, TDS, and coordination with internal teams and auditors.
Key Responsibilities:
Record and manage daily accounting entries in Tally (Sales, Purchase, Receipts, Payments, and Journal Vouchers).
Handle
GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances
and return filings.
Perform
bank reconciliation
and track cash flow.
Prepare
party-wise outstanding statements
and follow up for payments.
Manage
vendor and customer ledgers
with accuracy.
Coordinate with
CA, auditors, and management
for reports and data.
Assist in
monthly closing, P&L preparation
, and management reports.
Maintain
inventory and stock records
with support from the store team.
Requirements:
Education:
B.Com / M.Com or equivalent.
Experience:
Minimum 2-4 years in accounting (preferably in manufacturing or stone/ceramics industry).
Software Skills:
Tally Prime, MS Excel, and GST portal.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Knowledge of taxation, invoicing, and reconciliation processes.
