Account Executive - U.S. Accounting

White Bull supports growing U.S. CPA firms with dedicated offshore accounting teams from Ahmedabad.
We're looking for strong U.S. accounting professionals who take ownership of their work, care deeply about accuracy, and want long-term career growth - not just another job.

What You'll Do

Manage end-to-end U.S. accounting for assigned clients Perform month-end close with clean, review-ready workpapers Handle bank & credit card reconciliations, AP/AR, and journal entries Prepare financial statements and supporting schedules Communicate directly with U.S. clients and CPA teams Maintain high compliance, documentation, and data integrity

What We're Looking For

2-3 years of hands-on experience with U.S. accounting Strong working knowledge of

QuickBooks (Online/Desktop), Xero, Sage

Solid understanding of month-end close, reconciliations, AP/AR, and reporting Comfortable communicating with U.S. teams over email and calls Extremely detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership

Nice to Have

Experience with U.S. payroll or tax software (ProSeries, UltraTax, etc.) Exposure to U.S. industries such as real estate, e-commerce, or healthcare Familiarity with tools like Slack, Zoom, ClickUp
