. We are seeking a skilled
Account Executive
to manage our company's financial transactions, billing, and reporting activities with accuracy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Download sales and purchase
bills/invoices
from portals, emails, or ERP systems.
Verify invoice details for accuracy and completeness.
Maintain proper records and filing of downloaded bills (digital & physical).
Upload bills into accounting software (Tally / ERP / Excel).
Coordinate with internal teams for missing or incorrect invoices.
Maintain invoice registers and basic billing reports.
Support the accounts team in routine billing and documentation work.
Ensure timely availability of bills for accounting, audit, and compliance purposes.
Requirements
Graduate in
Commerce / Accounts
preferred.
1-3 years
of experience in billing or accounts support roles.
Basic knowledge of
billing processes
and documentation.
Working knowledge of
MS Excel
and accounting software (Tally/ERP preferred).
Good attention to detail and data accuracy.
Ability to handle repetitive tasks responsibly.
Basic communication and coordination skills.
