Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll processing.
Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Perform bank reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of financial transactions.
Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
Oversee statutory compliance, including GST, TDS, and other regulatory filings.
Monitor and report on cash flow and financial performance.
Coordinate with auditors and ensure timely completion of audits.
Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field qualification.
Minimum 6 Months Experience to be required as a accountant.
Strong understanding of Purchase Invoice and Sales Invoice in BUSY Accounting Software.
Proficiency in basic computer software's like MS Word, MS office and MS Excel.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Good knowledge of statutory regulations, including GST and TDS.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
