Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their healthcare needs and challenges.
Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Vertech's health solutions to achieve revenue targets.
Prepare and deliver client presentations, proposals, and performance reports.
Monitor client satisfaction, resolve issues promptly, and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align services with client expectations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
Proven experience as an Account Executive or similar role in the healthcare or tech industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
Familiarity with CRM software and data analysis tools is a plus.
