Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented

Accounts Executive

to manage day-to-day accounting activities and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of

Tally ERP, GST, and TDS

, with the ability to maintain accurate financial records and support month-end and audit activities.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain books of accounts using

Tally ERP

Manage

invoicing, billing, Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable

Prepare and file

GST returns

(GSTR-1, GSTR-2B, GSTR-3B) Handle

TDS calculations, deductions, and filings

Perform

bank reconciliation statements (BRS)

regularly Prepare

challans, e-way bills

, and support statutory compliance Manage

stock and inventory accounting

Assist in

month-end closing, audits, and financial reporting

Ensure timely and accurate maintenance of financial records

Skills & Qualifications

B.Com graduate (mandatory)

Proficiency in

Tally ERP

and

MS Excel

Sound knowledge of

GST, TDS, and accounting principles

High level of

accuracy, attention to detail, and deadline discipline

Good

communication and organizational skills

Experience in

construction / infrastructure industry

is an added advantage

Experience

1-2 years

of relevant accounting experience (preferred)
