The Account Executive is responsible for generating revenue by managing corporate, travel, and group accounts while building long-term relationships with clients. This role focuses on sales growth, client retention, and promoting hotel services to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and manage corporate, government, travel agent, and group accounts
Generate new business through sales calls, networking, site inspections, and market research
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to maximize repeat business
Prepare and negotiate contracts, rate agreements, and proposals
Conduct hotel site inspections and presentations for potential clients
Coordinate with reservations, front office, and banquet teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and revenue goals
Maintain accurate client records, reports, and forecasts
Represent the hotel at trade shows, sales events, and networking functions
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategie
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
