Shift: USA shift , 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM IST
Role Overview
You will manage the entire sales cycle for US prospects, handling both inbound MQL leads and outbound demo bookings. Your focus is on converting qualified leads into paying customers through consultative selling, demos, and strong follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct demos for both outbound and inbound MQL leads.
Understand customer requirements and map TeleCMI's products and solutions.
Nurture MQLs through follow-ups, email drips, and WhatsApp/LinkedIn touchpoints.
Own the trial ? paid conversion process and meet revenue targets.
Collaborate with SDRs to improve lead quality and feedback loops.
Update CRM daily with demo notes, lead stage, and deal outcomes.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding post-closure.
Skills Required
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience selling SaaS/CPaaS or tech products (US market preferred)
CRM and sales pipeline management proficiency
Consultative selling mindset and ability to handle objections
Strong follow-up habits and attention to detail
Preferred Skills
Exposure to cloud telephony, CPaaS, or SaaS solutions.
Experience selling to tech, marketing, or support teams.
Basic understanding of CRM tools and sales reporting.
