Key Responsibilities
1. Accounting & Financial Management (Zoho Books)
Manage day-to-day accounting entries in Zoho Books.
Handle accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliation, and ledger scrutiny.
Ensure timely recording of invoices, expenses, credit notes, and payments.
Assist in monthly closing, GST data preparation, and financial reporting.
Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and accounting accuracy.
2. MCA Company Registration & Compliance Work
Assist in incorporation of companies (Pvt Ltd, LLP, Section 8 etc.) through the MCA portal.
Prepare and upload forms such as SPICe+, RUN, DIR, DSC, MOA, AOA, INC forms, etc.
Coordinate with clients for document collection and KYC verification.
Maintain compliance trackers and follow up for MCA filings and approvals.
Support senior team members in drafting resolutions, minutes, and basic secretarial documentation.
3. NGO & Tax Exemption Registrations
Handle preparation and filing of 12A & 80G applications for NGOs.
Assist in CSR-1 registration process and documentation.
Collect necessary financials, trust deeds, and supporting documents.
Communicate with clients regarding status updates and additional requirements.
