Job Description

The Account Executive (AE) is responsible for managing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring successful delivery of products or services. This role involves prospecting new clients, presenting solutions, negotiating contracts, and maintaining long-term partnerships.

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Management & Relationship Building



Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Understand client needs and develop tailored solutions.

Sales & Revenue Growth



Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals. Present and demonstrate products/services to potential customers. Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, and close deals. Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Account Strategy & Planning



Develop strategic account plans to expand revenue within existing accounts. Analyze account performance and identify growth opportunities. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.

Project & Coordination



Work cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., operations, customer success, finance). Ensure successful onboarding and delivery of services. Resolve client issues quickly and efficiently.

Reporting & Administration



Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM systems. Prepare regular reports on sales progress, forecasts, and account health.

Requirements



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred). Proven experience as an Account Executive or similar sales role. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Results-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications



Experience in SaaS, tech, advertising, media, or B2B sales (depending on industry). Understanding of sales methodologies (e.g., SPIN, Challenger, MEDDIC). Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
