We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Account Executive to join our team. If you have hands on managing financial transactions and a strong background in data entry on e-commerce platforms, we would love to hear from you.

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, overseeing data entry, and ensuring the accuracy and compliance of all financial records. You will work closely with e-commerce teams to maintain smooth operations and support the company's financial health.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and process financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and refunds. Perform accurate data entry of financial information into accounting software and e-commerce platforms. Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner. Prepare and file GST returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations. Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements. Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records. Coordinate with e-commerce team to ensure accurate financial reporting and data integration. Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights. Ensure all financial transactions comply with company policies and legal requirements. Assist in the preparation for audits and provide necessary documentation.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Account Executive or similar role, preferably in an e-commerce. Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally ERP 9, ) and e-commerce platforms. Excellent data entry skills with high attention to detail and accuracy. Solid understanding of financial principles and accounting practices. Experience with GST returns and tax compliance. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
