Manage and grow existing client accounts within the manufacturing sector.
Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach.
Understand customer requirements and provide tailored product or service solutions.
Work closely with production, engineering, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Prepare accurate sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
Conduct product presentations and negotiate pricing to close sales.
Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback.
Maintain accurate records using CRM software.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development--preferably in manufacturing, industrial products, or B2B environments.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand technical products and explain them clearly to customers.
Solid organizational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with manufacturing workflows, supply-chain processes, or industrial customers.
Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, Zoho).
