. We are seeking a skilled
Account Executive
to manage our company's financial transactions, billing, and reporting activities with accuracy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update
day-to-day accounting records
in Tally or similar software.
Prepare and verify
sales, purchase, and expense invoices
.
Manage
accounts receivable and payable
, ensuring timely follow-ups and payments.
Handle
GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance
requirements.
Reconcile
bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer ledgers
.
Support management with
monthly financial reports and cash flow statements
.
Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth accounting operations.
Maintain proper filing and documentation of all financial transactions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in
Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
.
1-3 years of accounting experience
, preferably in trading or import businesses.
Proficiency in
Tally ERP / Tally Prime
, MS Excel, and Google Sheets.
Working knowledge of
GST, TDS, and other taxation rules
.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and organizational skills.
