As the Accounts Executive at Citara Plex, you will oversee all financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and alignment with organizational goals. This role involves strategic planning, financial analysis, and efficient management of accounting processes to maintain Citara Plex's financial stability and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Bookkeeping:
Maintain accurate financial records, including transactions, reconciliations, and ledgers, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Invoicing and Payments:
Prepare and issue invoices to clients, track payments, and follow up on overdue accounts to ensure timely collection.
Bank Coordination:
Manage relationships with banks, ensuring effective communication and coordination for banking services and financial transactions.
Internal Reporting:
Compile and prepare internal financial reports, analyzing account performance and providing insights to management.
TDS and GST Calculation:
Calculate and manage Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) and Goods and Services Tax (GST) for transactions, ensuring timely compliance with regulations.
Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams, such as sales and customer service, to ensure alignment and support for inter-departmental needs.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of accounts, vouchers, approvals and account activities in the company's systems.
Compliance:
Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations regarding financial transactions and client interactions.
Problem Resolution:
Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to processes in a timely manner.
Continuous Improvement:
Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and stay updated on industry best practices.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree or CPA/CA preferred).
Experience:
1-3 years of experience in finance and accounting..
Strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS) and financial regulations.
Proficiency in financial management software and ERP systems.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Exceptional leadership and communication abilities.
