Key Responsibilities:
Act as the point of contact between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Maintain and update trackers, reports, and performance data using
Google Sheets
.
Organize and manage client documents, briefs, and reports in
Google Drive
.
Prepare and share regular updates, summaries, and presentations with internal stakeholders and clients.
Assist in creating proposals, quotations, invoices, and follow-up communications.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (sales, creative, operations, etc.) to ensure timely delivery of client requirements.
Help in resolving client queries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Monitor deadlines and deliverables to ensure client commitments are met.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree.
1-2 years of experience in an account management, client servicing, or coordination role.
Proficient in Google Sheets
(formulas, filters, basic dashboards) and
Google Drive
(folder management, sharing settings, file organization).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
