Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of accounting experience, strong knowledge of accounting principles, and the ability to handle day-to-day financial operations with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain day-to-day accounting records and ensure accuracy in all financial transactions. Handle accounts payable and receivable, vendor reconciliations, and petty cash management. Prepare journal entries, ledgers, and bank reconciliation statements. Assist in preparing financial statements, MIS reports, and monthly/quarterly closing activities. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, PF, ESI, etc.). Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits. Support the senior accountant/finance manager in budgeting, forecasting, and other financial tasks. Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Accounting/Finance (B.Com/M.Com preferred). 1-3 years of accounting experience. Knowledge of Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software. Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as in a team. Good communication and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
