An Account Executive with Store Management at Bhoomi Controls will be expected to:
Store Operations:
Oversee day-to-day store activities (inventory, order processing, dispatch).
Maintain proper stock-levels and ensure materials/components required for manufacturing and customer orders are available.
Organize, label, and store materials & panels safely and efficiently.
Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and adherence to company policies.
Account Management :
Maintain relationships with existing clients (industrial, B2B), handle customer enquiries related to product specifications, pricing, delivery.
Liaise between store/manufacturing and sales teams to ensure timely fulfilment of orders.
Prepare quotations / invoices / purchase orders as needed, track order status.
Follow up on payments, ensure proper documentation.
Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of stock, inbound & outbound shipments, usage, returns.
Generate regular reports (daily/weekly/monthly) on stock status, order fulfilment, stock discrepancies.
Assist in audits of store / inventory.
Coordination & Communication:
Work with procurement / purchasing to replenish stock.
Coordinate with manufacturing / production teams to understand material requirements.
Liaise with logistics / transport for dispatch and receipt of goods.
Ensure communication with management regarding any issues (stock outs, delays, damages)
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum
10+2
or equivalent education (higher preferred).
Prior experience (1-2 years) in store/inventory management, or accounts in a manufacturing / industrial / electrical goods company will be an advantage.
Basic accounting / bookkeeping knowledge.
Good organizational skills, attention to detail.
Ability to work under targets / deadlines.
Good communication skills, both written & verbal (Hindi & preferably some English).
Basic computer skills: MS Office (Excel, Word), ideally some inventory management software familiarity.
Honest, reliable, with integrity (handling stock & cash etc.).
Performance Metrics
The Account Executive will be evaluated on metrics such as:
Accuracy in inventory records (minimal discrepancies).
Timeliness in fulfilling customer orders / dispatch.
Customer satisfaction / feedback.
Sales / revenue growth from accounts under their management.
Adherence to store maintenance, safety norms.
Reporting Line
Reports to: Store / Warehouse Manager or Operations Manager (depending on company hierarchy).
Works closely with: Procurement / Purchase, Sales / Accounts, Production / Manufacturing, Dispatch / Logistics.
Work Environment & Perks
Workplace: On-site, at Bhoomi Controls manufacturing / warehouse location in Kanpur.
Office hours: Standard work hours, possibly extended hours if needed for urgent order fulfilments.
