Position Overview

:

We are looking for a detail-oriented

Account Executive

with 1 to 3 years of experience in accounting. The candidate should be proficient in

Tally (including Tally Prime)

, with hands-on experience in

bank reconciliation

,

invoice processing

,

E-Way bill generation

, and routine accounting tasks. A sound understanding of

accounting principles

and

statutory compliance

is essential.

Key Responsibilities

:

Maintain accurate accounts using

Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime

Record daily transactions: sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journals Conduct regular

bank reconciliations

Prepare and issue

invoices

as per tax norms Generate and manage

E-Way Bills

in line with

GST compliance

Assist in

month-end/year-end closing

and financial reporting Ensure proper

documentation

of all transactions Support

audits

and coordinate with auditors Ensure compliance with

GST

TDS

, and other statutory requirements
