Job Description

An Account Executive (AE) is a sales professional responsible for cultivating and managing client relationships to drive revenue growth. Key responsibilities include identifying new leads through proactive prospecting, understanding client needs to offer tailored solutions, developing and executing sales strategies to meet targets, conducting sales presentations and negotiations, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring their satisfaction.

Sales & Revenue Generation:

Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to generate profitable revenue.

Prospecting & Lead Generation:

Proactively search for and attract new clients through various methods, such as cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.

Solutions Development:

Understand client needs, challenges, and goals to provide customized solutions and product demonstrations.

Collaboration:

Work closely with internal departments, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless client experience.

Market Awareness:

Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities.

Reporting & Tracking:

Track sales performance, maintain accurate sales databases, and provide regular reports to management.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
