Job Summary
The Account Executive will be responsible for managing client accounts, supporting business development activities, coordinating with technical teams, and ensuring smooth execution of projects from a commercial and client-management perspective. The role requires strong communication, relationship-building, and basic understanding of infrastructure and geomatics services.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients
Identify new business opportunities and support lead generation
Prepare proposals, quotations, tenders, and basic presentations
Coordinate with internal technical and project teams to meet client requirements
Handle client queries, follow-ups, and contract documentation
Track project progress from a client-account perspective
Assist in invoicing, payment follow-ups, and account reconciliation
Maintain accurate records of clients, contracts, and sales activities
Support marketing and business development initiatives as required
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field
1-3 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development
(Experience in infrastructure, surveying, GIS, or technical services is a plus)* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of sales processes and client handling
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to travel locally if required

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
