Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and journals.
Prepare invoices, expense reports, and payment reconciliations.
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Track and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Support payroll processing and tax compliance activities.
Prepare reports and summaries using
Excel
, including formulas, pivot tables, and charts.
Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Assist auditors during internal and external audits.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in
Commerce / Accounting / Finance

1 - 4 years of experience
in accounts or finance roles.
Strong knowledge of
Excel
(formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
Basic understanding of accounting principles and standards.
Excellent attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Accuracy and timeliness of financial entries and reports.
