Job Description

An Accounts Executive is responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring accurate bookkeeping. They also assist with budgeting, reconciliations, and tax filings, working closely with other departments to maintain financial compliance. In some cases, Accounts Executives may also handle export documentation and coordinate with clients. Key Responsibilities:

Managing financial records:

This includes maintaining the general ledger, recording transactions, and reconciling bank statements.

Preparing financial statements:

This involves creating reports like balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

Assisting with budgeting:

Contributing to the creation and management of budgets.

Ensuring financial compliance:

Working to ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulations.

Resolving discrepancies:

Investigating and resolving any discrepancies in financial records.

Tax filings:

Preparing and submitting tax returns and other statutory filings.

Internal and external audits:

Providing necessary documentation and information for audits.

Export documentation:

Preparing commercial invoices, packing lists, and other relevant documents for exports.
