Job Summary



The Account Executive is responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. This role involves managing the full sales cycle--from prospecting and presenting solutions to closing deals and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities



Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients Understand client needs and propose appropriate products or services Present, negotiate, and close sales deals Manage client accounts and serve as the main point of contact Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, customer support) to deliver solutions Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions

Qualifications & Skills



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to build trust and maintain professional relationships Results-driven with strong problem-solving abilities Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office (or similar software) Ability to work independently and as part of a team
