Looking for Account Executive
Job description:
Financial Record Keeping: Recording transactions, maintaining ledgers, and updating financial records. Invoicing and Payments: Preparing and processing invoices, payments, and expense reports.
Accounts Management: Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable, including reconciling accounts to ensure accuracy.
Reporting and Budgeting: Assisting in preparing financial reports, assisting with budget preparation, and providing information to the finance team.
Helping with audits and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Key skills :
Proficiency in accounting software (Zoho books ) and Microsoft Office products is often required.
Communication: Good oral and written communication skills are needed for interacting with colleagues and external parties.
Education: A high school diploma is typically the minimum, but an associate's or bachelor's degree in accounting or finance can be beneficial.
Experience: Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience is often preferred.
The ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive data and prioritize work is important
