Verify site expenses, measurement sheets, and approval documents before processing payments.
Maintain accurate records of site expenses, petty cash, and project budgets.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project teams regarding payments and outstanding balances.
Support the
project handover process
by finalizing payments, completing financial documentation, and preparing cost summaries.
Perform reconciliations, update ledgers, and prepare basic financial reports.
Ensure compliance with accounting policies and proper documentation for audits.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance.
5+ years Experience in construction accounting preferred.
Strong attention to detail, coordination skills and good communication skills
