Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Bookkeeping:

Maintain day-to-day financial transactions, ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.

Tally ERP:

Handle all accounting operations in Tally including sales, purchase, payments, receipts, credit notes, and debit notes.

GST Filing:

Prepare and file monthly/quarterly GST returns, maintain tax compliance documentation.

Vendor Management:

Coordinate with suppliers for purchase orders, payments, follow-ups, and maintain vendor records.

Stock Management:

Monitor and update inventory levels, maintain stock registers, coordinate with warehouse for stock movement.

E-invoice & E-way Bill:

Generate and manage e-invoices and e-way bills as required for dispatch and GST compliance.

Tax Compliance:

Assist in TDS, GST, and other statutory filings; maintain proper documentation.

Quotations & Billing:

Prepare quotations, invoices, delivery challans, and maintain client records.

Skills Required

Strong knowledge of

Tally ERP

Good understanding of

Experience

1-3 years

of experience preferred in accounting or similar roles.
