The Accountant supports the financial operations of the college by performing accounting, budgeting, and reporting functions. This role ensures that financial transactions are processed accurately, institutional funds are properly managed, and all financial practices comply with relevant regulations and institutional policies.

Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required).
Experience
1-3 years of accounting experience, ideally in higher education or nonprofit sector.
Experience with fund accounting and grant management is a plus.
Skills
Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-financial staff.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
