Job Role Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented

Accounts Executive with strong hands-on experience in Tally

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting the finance team with reporting and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily accounting entries in

Tally (ERP/Tally Prime)

Handle

Sales, Purchase, Journal, Payment & Receipt entries

Maintain

Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable

Prepare

GST, TDS calculations and filing support

Reconcile

Bank statements, Vendor accounts & Customer ledgers

Maintain

Petty cash

, invoices, and all financial documentation Assist in

monthly closing, MIS reports, P&L statements

Coordinate with auditors for

statutory audit requirements

Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely financial reporting

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in Accounting with strong

Tally

knowledge B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent Good understanding of

GST, TDS, and basic taxation

Proficiency in

MS Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP preferred)

Strong numerical accuracy & attention to detail Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Good communication and documentation skills

Additional Advantages (Good to Have)

Experience in

Tally Prime

Knowledge of

Payroll processing

Experience in an agency/startup/SME environment
